How do I manage my membership (cancel, update payment, change plan, view billing history)?
You can manage all aspects of your membership—including canceling, updating your payment method, changing your plan, and viewing your billing history—by logging into your portal: Growth by SimpleK12.
Once logged in, you can manage your membership directly from your dashboard by clicking Update Membership at the top of the page. You can also go to the Profile tab and then select Billing to view your billing information, update or cancel your membership, and change your payment method.
